The 1949 play Death of a Salesman portrayed salesman Willy Loman as beat-down, overworked, underappreciated, unsupported, and underpaid. It's not a flattering look for what a salesperson is...but it's also not completely inaccurate.
Hundreds of talented salespeople leave the sports industry every year because they feel overworked, underpaid, and unsupported. The one common refrain that we continue to hear from them is, 'We didn't want to leave...we had to!'
Empowerment of a Salesperson will aim to fix that sentiment. This will be a content-based website that will focus on acting as a support-system for all current ticket salespeople and front-line sales managers to achieve maximum success and job satisfaction. The content of this site will be based on the feedback we receive from you, the people with your feet on the ground, and the best practices used to solve those challenges, both personally and professionally.
Please visit our About section to learn more on how we plan to deliver against that mission.
Our Blogs & Podcasts area will be where we delivery the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly content.
If there's interest in seeing how a more customized version of this content can support you and/or your team, please check out our Services section.
Please bear with us as we get this up- and off-the-ground...and please don't refrain from leaving us comments (good and bad) on any part of the site or on any content.
